Mr. Jayantkumar J. Sanganee

The Firm was founded and is chaired by Mr. Jayantkumar J. Sanganee, a well-known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. Mr. Sanganee is a fellow member of the Institute of

Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is having an experience in the field of Chartered Accounts for almost 37 years.

He has pioneered efforts in the area of Statutory audit and Direct Taxation and appeared numerous proceedings due to which he has delivered successful results for several clients.

His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a platform of quality driven service organisation.

He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating Firm’s philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach.


Mr Rajesh J. Mathuria

Mr Rajesh J. Mathuria has a distinguished track record of service. He is fellow member of Institute of Chartered accountant of India (ICAI). He is partner in J J Sanagnee & Co. Since 2009 and prior to joining J J Sanaganee & Co.

Mr Mathuria had his proprietary concern of Chartered accountant.

He has expertise in the area of Indirect Taxation since more than 30 years.

He also possess rich blend of Consulting and industry experience apart from having expertise in Indirect taxation.

His strong belief in the fundamental knowledge has enabled him to set up various accounting systems for the startup organizations in different industries.

Praful Sanghani (Partner) (FCA), Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant is aged 58 is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1986. He has vast experience in consultancy on Business Advisory matters, Management Consultancy, New Enterprise Structuring, Fund Raising & Resource Mobilization, FEMA Compliance, Statutory and Internal Audits, Tax Advisory Services etc.
